Seamless Airport Hotel Experience

easy access excellent food attentive service helpful staff

I found the hotel provided excellent access from terminal two. Cherish and Wang were helpful with tickets and other requests . Accommodation, food, and service were all very good. Cherish and Wang in the Executive Lounge were supportive and attentive.

The air conditioning in some public areas seemed a bit weak.

Penny assisted me by delivering my luggage to my room and picking up packages. Staff showed me the route to the swimming pool, very helpful. The receptionist was friendly and provided solutions for our needs.

Modern Hotel Near Airport

lovely receptionist beautiful suite quality fixture comfortable bed

The front desk staff provided a complimentary upgrade to a King Beautiful suite. The suite included a separate bedroom, bathroom, and reception area. The bathroom stood out due to its high-quality fixtures. I found three different size pillows and the long, flat bottom pillow with a round top was the best.

The shuttle bus was crowded, leaving some guests standing. We had to wait for an additional bus.

The hotel offers a Chinese restaurant on the second floor. It provides good service. The food was delicious. it was well-prepared and the staff greeted you with warm smiles and maintained a consistently cute attitude.

Acceptable Stay Near the Airport

unmentioned promotion inadequate staff training

The hotel is conveniently close to Terminal 1. The room was spacious.

The Chinese restaurant had a promotion for 8 dishes at 598 RMB, but this was not offered. I ordered the same dishes from the regular menu and paid more. The staff said they were new and still in training (which I found unacceptable).

poor maintenance unhelpful concierge

The breakfast had a good variety of options.

The room seemed a bit outdated and not as well kept as I hoped. There wasn't enough charging ports available near the bed. I had to plug my phone in across the room. The concierge seemed unhelpful when I inquired about local transportation.

The rooms were well equipped. I found the hotel bed and pillows superb. ONE of the most comfortable night's sleep i've EVER had in a hotel room.

The reception was not so much. It was never friendly. The check out staff is not overly experienced as my last check out took over 10 minutes. I requested another person who knew how to check someone out.
